        以下是《中国日报》当天的报道:

As the ChinaSourcing Summit kicks off today in Hangzhou, executives of top Chinese IT service providers share with China Daily their expectations for the event and perspectives on the outsourcing sector.

Zhong Zhenming, chief operating officer of ChinaSoft International:

Our advantage lies in China. The domestic market and human resources are the main engines driving our company's growth for the next stage.

The summit calls on Chinese companies to go global, yet ventures abroad are affected by a worsening foreign political environment, declining competitiveness in foreign exchange and the match between staff quality and the overseas market.

During the summit, we hope to learn more business opportunities and mainly target international buyers as our potential partners.

Chen Shuning, chairman of Pactera:

Europe, the United States, and the Asia-Pacific region are now our key markets, where we'll enhance our foothold and improve competitiveness.

With operations worldwide and 22,000 employees, we're one of the largest tech service companies in China, offering consultancy, solutions and outsourced services.

Already a leader in sourcing financial services, Pactera will continue to focus on such sectors as high tech, telecom, manufacturing and retail, as well as travel and transportation, supplying more tailor-made and in-depth solutions.

Our long-term strategy puts an emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region, especially the China market, because the country, as a prospective industrial and technological hub, is playing an increasingly important role in the global economic landscape.

Peng Qiang, president of Global Business Group at iSoftStone:

This is the fifth time for us to attend this increasingly influential summit. We expect it to help broaden cooperation and exchanges between buyers and domestic IT service providers and bring more business opportunities.

Thanks to a strategy focusing on both domestic and foreign markets, accumulated industrial expertise resulting from long-term cooperation with clients, and a globally integrated delivery platform, we have made achievements within a decade that may take our peers 20 years to complete.

Another contributing factor to the achievements is a management team with rich experience, most of whom have experience of studying or working abroad, are in pursuit of innovation and have a clear vision for the company's development.

Wang Yue, president of Dalian High-Think Computer Technology

Japan is the major market for Chinese service companies, with some 80 percent of its IT services outsourced to China, of which DHC accounts for 9 percent. Among the top 30 companies in Japan's information sector, more than half are DHC's long-term partners. Now more than 70 percent of its business comes from overseas.

DHC faces multifaceted challenges due to changes in market needs, higher demands from clients and rising labor costs, as well as the rapid depreciation of Japan's currency exchange rate.

Nevertheless, our company still maintains a competitive edge in the international market with its rich and steady client base, and the market is becoming reliant on its experts and technology.

Economic globalization is an irreversible trend. While rigid demand in the international market remains strong, Chinese service sourcing operations are maturing. All adds confidence to the outsourcing market.

Zhong Mingbao, chief executive officer of Insigma Technology Co Ltd:

We've participated in the event all through past years, Capitalizing on the platform, we showcase our brand image and technological strength, and at the same time, establish contact with many partners and industrial peers.

We have accumulated more than 10 years of experience in sourcing businesses, especially from the United States and Japan. As a long-term IT service provider for State Street Bank, we have developed a series of systems for its core businesses and services for 10 straight years.

In Japan, we are at the forefront of Chinese software service providers, with more than 10 years of experience in working for Japanese securities companies and tech firms.

While currently overseas deals account for 80 percent of our businesses, the contribution from the domestic market is expected to grow at a steady pace.

Li Ge, chief executive officer of WuXi AppTec:

WuXi AppTec is a leading global pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device outsourcing company with operations in China and the United States.

As an innovation-driven and customer-focused company, WuXi AppTec provides a broad and integrated portfolio of services throughout the drug R&D process.

Our services are designed to help our global customers shorten discovery and development time while lowering the cost of drug and medical device R&D through cost-effective and efficient outsourcing solutions.

Yao Shuang, vice-president of service outsourcing business at Inspur:

Inspur is a leading supplier of cloud computing solutions and outsourcing services in China. Its business portfolio covers a wide range, including development of products, embedded systems, applications, as well as testing, IT and call center services.

We provide offshore services in eight centers located Beijing, Shanghai, Ji'nan, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Foshan, and Wuxi respectively, and at the same time, have established centers in Japan and the United States to facilitate sourcing service businesses locally or in nearby regions.

We have forged strategic cooperative relationships with many world-famous companies, such as Microsoft, BT, IBM, LG, Ericsson, Furukawa, NEC, Hitachi, NTT Data, Toray, China Mobile, China Telecom and Huawei.

Xiao Jun, president of Wuhan BJC Technology:

We place an equally high value on Chinese and international clients, with the latter accounting for 55 percent.

As a leading IT service prov

ider in central and western China, we have offices in 25 cities nationwide as well as 15 years of experience in large project R&D and services to ensure delivery of tailor-made, high-efficiency and low-cost solutions.

Meanwhile, rising labor costs are driving us to seek rapid breakthroughs in business upgrading.

The outsourcing market is expected to maintain rapid growth in 2013, and new opportunities have emerged. New technologies and innovative business models will promote the upgrading of outsourcing companies.

Guan Xianghong, executive director of Founder International:

With international vision, Founder now focuses more on exploring the domestic market. And its overseas clients are mainly clustered in the media sector.

Backed by a talent pool from Peking University and Founder Group, the company is among top Chinese IT service providers, with expertise in the industries of finance, geographical information, healthcare, intelligent transport and media.

We have 4,000 employees, four R&D bases, and two joint research centers.

Also, we have established cooperative relations with such multinational as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, and HP.
We hope to have more exchanges with industry insiders and explore a corporate path of sustainable development.

Chen Ying, vice-president of Wicresoft:

This is the first time for Wicresoft to participate in the summit as one of top 10 companies. International companies contribute some 80 percent of our business revenues. To better serve them, we have established 13 operational centers worldwide. Of them, three are in the US, two in Japan and one in Europe.

We have participated in development and testing of many Microsoft products, giving us greater industrial clout.

For this year's service outsourcing market, we expect big data, cloud computing and mobile network to generate new opportunities.

We look forward to meeting mor

e business partners at the summit and wide discussions with our peers, industry analysts and experts on the status quo and future development of the outsourcing sector.
